Hum License Agreement
          ------------------------------------------

Hum is the exclusive property of ROTANG, who distributes it with the
hopes that you (or the institution you own or work for) might find it
useful for some purpose.  This license applies to you if you have the
source code of Hum, and/or run an executable version of Hum.  The only
exception is if you have another license from ROTANG, which explicitly
grants you permission to do other than this license permits.

You may not use Hum, or software derived from Hum, for any commercial
purpose, where "commercial" refers to any for-fee purpose including,
but not limited to, public exhibition, or display of data as part of
your work, academic, or research purposes.  Otherwise, you may use Hum
for any purpose, as often as you like.

The source code is made publicly available to allow users to fix bugs,
port Hum to new architectures, experiment with the implementation, and
add features.  You may redistribute Hum only in its entirety, as it
is distributed by ROTANG, without any modification(s).  Any software
derived from Hum may not be distributed without permission from ROTANG.

Users who port Hum to new architectures or make modifications to Hum
which they believe are of value are strongly encouraged to return 
those modifications to ROTANG to improve the quality of the software
for the benefit all users and/or special licensing consideration.

Hum comes with no warranty whatsoever, and ROTANG does not claim or
imply Hum to be suitable for any purpose.  Under no circumstance can
ROTANG or the author be held liable for any damages resulting from the
use of this software or claims made in the documentation.  While ROTANG
strives to implement the highest quality software modern practices allow
and makes every realistic effort it can to repair bugs in the software
in a timely fashion, there is no implied or explicit offer to repair
the software.

This license pertains to the version refered to as "Release 0.7", as
indicated in the header of each file.  ROTANG reserves the right to
change the license restrictions to any subsequent release of Hum.  If
you would like to do something with Hum which this license prohibits,
you are encouraged to contact ROTANG with your intents.  ROTANG is
very supportive of Hum and it's users, and will consider any practical
